M. Sharaf, M.D.
David
Sharaf, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist and is also
board eligible in Internal Medicine. From his offices located in
Plantation and Hallandale he performs a blend of dermatologic
and cosmetic/aesthetic services. Dr. Sharaf provides patients
with the latest laser technology and expertise in the field of
Dermatology.
Dr.
Sharaf graduated with honors in biology from Trinity College
and received his medical degree from University of
Massachusetts Medical School. He performed his residency in
internal medicine at Mt. Auburn Hospital in Cambridge,
Massachusetts and performed his residency in dermatology at
Mt. Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach, Florida.
He is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical
Examiners. Dr. Sharaf is also a Fellow of the American Academy
of Dermatology.
Dr.
Sharaf has
completed several articles for
publication and has medical staff affiliations at
Memorial West, Westside Regional Hospital and Aventura Medical
Center.
Additionally,
he continues to perform numerous community activities in
dermatology such as skin cancer screenings on behalf of major
corporations and hospitals, providing care at Salvation Army
Homeless Clinics and conducts various lectures.
Dr.
Sharaf offers his patients specially formulated skin care
products for use as part of a physician supervised skin care
regimen. An office based Aesthetician is always available to
perform professional facials.
